OUR REFUND POLICY

To be eligible for a refund, a return must satisfy all three of the
following conditions (the “Return Conditions”):  (1) the return must
be approved by us in writing prior to the return being initiated, (2) we
must receive all of the parts that we sent to you as part of that order
and we must receive those in the same condition as sent to you, not
used, painted, cut, or otherwise altered in any way, the only
exception being damage by the carrier during the delivery process to
you, and (3) the return must be completed within thirty [30] days after
the date which the carrier we use indicates delivery made to the
address that you designated to us for delivery.

A return that satisfies all of the Return Conditions will be subject to a
twenty percent (20%) restocking fee of the base part price and we will
also retain the shipping & handling fee that we assess in the course
of that purchase transaction with us (except for returns of items
damaged by the carrier performing delivery for us, which will not be
subject to any restocking fee or retention of the shipping & handling
fee that we assess in the course of that purchase transaction with
us).

A return that fails to satisfy all of the Return Conditions will not be
eligible for any refund.  

We are not liable for any lost or stolen package(s) if the carrier (i.e.,
USPS, FedEx, etc.) confirms delivery to your designated delivery
address, regardless whether or not you request signature-based
delivery and regardless whether or not signature-based delivery
occurs.   That means you are not eligible for a refund if the carrier we
select to deliver your order confirms delivery to your designated
delivery address.  So, make sure you confirm your delivery address
with us, and ask us about signature-required delivery options (which
are available for an additional fee) if you’re interested.  


OUR EXCHANGE POLICY

For an item that we sell and deliver to you to be eligible for exchange,
all three of the following conditions (the “Exchange Conditions”)
must be satisfied:  (1) the exchange must be approved by us in
writing prior to the exchange being initiated, (2) we must receive all of
the corresponding parts that we sent to you as part of that order and
in the same condition as sent to you, not used, painted, cut, or
otherwise altered in any way, the only exception being damage by the
carrier during the delivery process to you, and (3) we must receive
the items being exchanged within thirty [30] days after the date which
the carrier we use indicates delivery made to the address that you
designated to us for delivery.  

If all of the Exchange Conditions are satisfied, then the eligible
exchange must be for the corresponding item ordered unless we
specifically authorize otherwise in writing.

Any proposed or attempted exchange that does not satisfy all of the
Exchange Conditions will not be eligible for any exchange.


OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Any order cancelled prior to your order being shipped to you is 5%
Any order cancelled after your order is sent to you is not eligible for
cancellation.
